Terms & Conditions for Paid Courses

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to paid courses offered by Computer Study IQ. By completing a payment and enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

Courses are open to any individual who completes the registration process and makes the required payment.
By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Payment & Pricing

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in full before access to course content is granted.
Computer Study IQ reserves the right to revise course prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already-enrolled students.

3. Access & Usage

Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the enrolled course content on our platform.
Course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is prohibited.
Computer Study IQ reserves the right to update, modify, or supplement course content at any time to keep it current and accurate.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the course has been granted.
In the event of a technical error resulting in duplicate payment, a refund for the duplicate charge will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, notes, mock tests, and study materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Computer Study IQ.
You may not reproduce, distribute, record, resell, or publicly display any part of the course content without prior written permission.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may attract legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully in any doubt-clearing sessions or community forums.
Any form of harassment, spam, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate suspension of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Computer Study IQ provides courses for educational purposes only and does not guarantee selection or success in any examination.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or course content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
